Workshops and Trainings
In my workshops and training sessions, women are learning how to follow their career path with increased confidence and sharply honed tactical skills. However, this does not mean that one need not to be a competent, empathic and confident leader at the same time. An important aspect of the courses are the networks that emerge from them and that can be developed and maintained: women weaving their own “old girl networks”!

Coaching
As I want to support my clients personally and as success-orientated as possible, I now offer longer coaching packages. You will receive close and goal-orientated support from me and benefit from my expert knowledge, my toolbox and of course from our 1:1 meetings. In special cases, I will also let you participate directly in my network and give you the boost you have been waiting for.
PERSONALISED SUPPORT
Package 6 months:
Components: Clarification discussion, three hours face-to-face, work documents for your self-development with subsequent feedback (worksheets, tests, literature, exercises), email and WhatsApp contact during opening hours, final discussion.
Package 12 months:
Components: Clarification meeting, six hours face-to-face, work documents for your self-development with subsequent feedback (worksheets, tests, literature, exercises), e-mail and WhatsApp contact at any time, where possible arrangement of network contacts, two emergency coaching sessions per half-year.
IMPULSE COACHING
Would you like to book a one-to-one session to have a brief exchange on a topic that is important to you and receive an important impulse or expert knowledge from me? Then this offer is right for you. You can book an impulse coaching session a maximum of twice a year. These take place online or in Basel. After that, you are welcome to switch to one of the larger programmes if you would like longer support. Participants in the longer processes have priority for appointments.
EMERGENCY COACHING
Do you need support very quickly, for example because a particularly challenging meeting is coming up or a job interview has been arranged at short notice? Then you can book a half-hour coaching session online or by phone, provided we can find a suitable time slot. I try to be as flexible as possible in these cases.

LOCATION:
The coaching sessions take place online via Zoom, by telephone or at my premises at Spalentorweg 15 in Basel.

Leadership development and consulting

Lectures and public readings
In the areas of leadership, power, status and communication I offer lectures followed by a discussion. Lectures typically last two hours including discussion. Shorter input presentations and keynote speeches are also possible.

Experience
Sibyl Schädeli
My career has been characterised by thematic breadth and diversity. As a social anthropologist I researched microeconomic systems in Madagascar. My background of leadership responsibility has provided me with many years’ experience in management positions and the corresponding committees. In my managerial roles, I have headed up projects, and analysed and redefined processes. As an HR specialist, management consultancy and professional HR selection were part of my daily work. As a lecturer, presenter and developer of courses and workshops, I have gained a wealth of experience in self-presentation, methodological diversity and presentation techniques. As an entrepreneur, I am used to addressing customer concerns in a differentiated manner, marketing my services and to thinking and planning strategically. This is not feasible without careful use of one's own personal resources.
For more than ten years, I have been relentlessly active in the areas of leadership as well as power games in hierarchical organisations and women's careers.
My manifold skills and experience allow me to address the most varied requests and requirements in a highly professional manner.
